Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
AirCube is a service operated by Vansor Technology Limited ("AirCube", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate the website aircube.ai and provide a unified AI inference platform that gives developers and creators access to a range of third-party AI models through a single API and a set of web tools (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up, including when you sign in through a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub.
- Billing information — when you purchase a paid plan or credits, our payment processors collect your payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Content and inputs — the prompts, text, images, files, and other inputs you submit to generate outputs, together with the outputs returned to you.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact support or otherwise communicate with us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — API requests, models used, tokens or credits consumed, timestamps, and feature usage.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and referring pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see "Cookies and Tracking" below.
Information from third parties
- When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive basic profile information (such as your email and name) as permitted by those services and your settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- route your inputs to the appropriate AI model providers and return the generated outputs;
- process transactions, manage credits and subscriptions, and detect and prevent fraud;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- monitor, analyze, and improve the Services, including their performance and reliability;
- communicate with you about updates, security notices, and, where permitted, marketing;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
AI Models and Your Inputs
AirCube is an aggregation platform. When you submit inputs through our API or tools, those inputs are transmitted to and processed by the third-party model providers needed to fulfill your request, and are subject to those providers' own terms and privacy practices. We take steps to limit what is shared to what is necessary to provide the Services.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used so that we can improve them. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where required, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information:
- with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, and AI model and inference providers;
- for legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of AirCube, our users, or others;
- in a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy;
- with your consent, or at your direction.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain certain information in backups or logs for a limited period thereafter.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:
- update your account information in your account settings;
- opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails;
- contact us to exercise any of your rights (see "Contact Us").
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
